TORONTO, ON – True History Brewing has announced the release of two lagers, one new and the other returning.
The Twelve Czech 12° Pale Lager (4.5% abv):
The Twelve is the latest foray in our exploration of Czech-style lagers. Brewed with a traditional double decoction mash and a long, cold fermentation before being put to rest for an 8-week lager period. We love dipping our toes in to the world of Czech beers and while we have so much still to learn we are very excited about this beer and hope you are too!
After This After That Munich-Style Dunkel (5.2% abv):
RETURN OF THE MUNCH! Our favourite typo makes it’s triumphant return just in time for the colder weather. Also double decocted and lagered for 8+ weeks this beer has beautiful rich malt character to match the coffee like colour it pours.
Both beers are available now at the True History taproom and retail shop.
