HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced a double beer drop.
Molina IPA (6.3% abv):
On the last episode of Molina, we dry-hopped it with Enigma, El Dorado and Citra. This time around, we wanted to use the same blend of ale yeasts but swap the hop bill out for Cryo Mosaic, Cashmere and Motueka. The beer is absolutely jacked!
Liminal Blended Saison (6% abv):
We brewed some saison last winter which has been resting in oak barrels, waiting for an opportunity. We also brewed some saison in June which has been fermenting happily in stainless steel ever since. We blended the beers ~50/50 and hit ‘em with some pink peppercorns and fresh lemon zest – and viola – a whole new beer! It’s a tart, dry little number with notes of Sweet Tarts, sage and citrus.
Both beers are available now at the Fairweather taproom, retail store, and online shop.
