WINNIPEG, MB – Sookram’s Brewing has announced the release of a pair of new beers.
Wilhelm Scream Double IPA (8% abv):
Wilhelm Scream is a juicy beer that is heavily dry hopped with Talus, Mosaic, and Cryo Citra. Inspired by the DIPAs of the Northeast this beer has massive aroma and flavours of citrus rinds and tropical fruits.
Strawberry Rhubarb Cosmos Fruit Sour (5% abv):
Strawberry Rhubarb Cosmos is a refreshing fruit sour featuring generous amounts of Strawberry and Rhubarb to deliver a burst of sweetness before a harmonious tangy juiciness. This kettle sour is dry hopped with Mosaic hops to add complexity to the flavour and aroma.
