LONDON, ON – Storm Stayed Brewing has announced the release of a pair of Irish Red Ales, one traditional and the other more experimental.
Patina Irish Red Ale (5.4% abv):
Smooth with a hint of caramel and unique malty notes, Patina is surprisingly sessionable and well-balanced. It pairs wonderfully with food, especially pastas, roasted vegetables, or even poached pears.
Sweater Weather Irish Red Ale with Earl Grey Tea + Vanilla (5.4% abv):
Formerly a cask-only release, this Earl Grey Tea-infused Irish Red Ale features subtle notes of bergamot, black tea, and vanilla. With a caramel and malty character, Sweater Weather is well-balanced and worthy of following with another. Pairs marvellously with a Sunday roast.
