LACOMBE, AB – Blindman Brewing has announced the release of a new collaboration with Field House Brewing.
Imperial Sour with Apricot and Sea Buckthorn (7.8% abv):
Ever since we mailed beer to each other during Covid, the brewery courtship has blossomed into a full on friendship. Their head brewers, Parker and Matt, came out and we brewed (we think) a pretty rad collab you will want to try. This higher abv sour is filled with the stone fruit aromatics of the Apricot and tartness of the Sea Buckthorns.
Imperial Sour with Apricot and Sea Buckthorn is available now in the Blindman taproom, retail shop, and online store, and soon at select beer retailers in Alberta.
