Blink Milk Chocolate Coconut Porter (6% abv):
The use of lactose sugar along with fair trade cocoa nibs gives a rich, creamy milk chocolate character to this porter that is then amplified by a bounty of shaved coconut. This outlier of a transatlantic treat may not take you to Mars, but it could be the tipping point that gets you talking to strangers.
