Annex Ale Project Releases And So Forth Apricot Wild Ale

CALGARY, AB – Annex Ale Project has announced the release of a new beer from its foudre aging program.

And So Forth Apricot Wild Ale (7% abv):

This beer was foudre-aged for close to a year and it reached maturity in the same barrel as our award-winning wild beer, Etceteras, inspiring the name ‘And So Forth’. A complex malt bill and a touch of rye gives a subtle earthy backbone to the beer. To balance the acidity it was conditioned on 460 pounds of hand-pitted apricots for 6 weeks. Can conditioning for a month provides And So Forth a pleasant effervescent quality.

And So Forth is available now at the Annex taproom and online shop.
