TORONTO, ON – Bellwoods Brewery has announced the release of a new collaborative ale, and the latest fruit-infused edition of an old favourite.
Collaborative IPA #002 (7% abv):
This is our newest collaborative IPA with Superflux in Vancouver, that taps into the tropical-leaning bouquets present in Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Loral hops. Bright, aromatic notes of dried apricots, clementines, and rose petals.
Farmageddon Apricot Peach (6% abv):
Farmageddon is our wild farmhouse ale that we’ve been brewing, blending, and aging for almost as many years as we’ve been open. This limited variant was conditioned on a combination of peach and apricot before conditioning in the bottle.
Both beers are available now at both Bellwoods locations and the brewery’s online shop.
