HAMILTON, ON – Fairweather Brewing has announced the release of the latest vintage of its annual winter seasonal.
Wishing Well 2023 Imperial Stout (11.9% abv):
This year’s Wishing Well Imperial Stout is full of local wildflower honey, Ceylon cinnamon, toasted coconut, vanilla and brûléed Italian plums. We are getting tons of fruit from the plums, bitter chocolate, subtle smoke and candied sugar. This shit is so good.
Wishing Well 2023 – along with limited bottles of the 2022 and 2021 vintages – are available at the brewery retail store and online shop while supplies last.
