SURREY, BC – A new brewery and taproom with a vibe inspired by California in the 1970s is now open in Surrey, British Columbia.
Way Back Brewing opened to the public on Friday December 1st, with a core beer line-up from brewmaster Kevin Emms that includes Lager (5% abv), Lite (4% abv), West Coast IPA (6.5% abv), Citrus Wheat (4.8% abv), and Baja Dark Lager (4.8% abv).
The bar also serves a selection of classic cocktails using liquor from Way Back’s sibling company Resurrection Spirits, and a food menu focused on specialty pizzas will be offered soon.
Way Back Brewing is located at 15063 54A Ave. Unit 116 in Surrey’s Panorama Ridge neighbourhood, and is open Monday to Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Thursday to Saturday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight, and Sunday from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM.
