CALGARY, AB – The Establishment Brewing Company has announced its latest one-off IPA.
Sometimes Always Hazy IPA (7% abv):
This juicy, hazy number is Strata-forward with Citra and HBC 1019 bringing up the caboose. The members and measures of this particular holy hop trinity were chosen to help us achieve a nice blend of fruit notes ranging from deep stonefruit to bright Valencia orange. We got our hands on a particularly ripe and ready bunch of Strata from our friends at Crosby Hops and couldn’t wait to make them the star.
