MOUNT PEARL, NL – Landwash Brewery has announced the release of a pair of big new beers to mark its 5th birthday.
Time Capsule Imperial Fruited Sour (8% abv):
The simplest way to describe Time Capsule is a brilliant golden sour that is bright, tart, and super juicy. Inspired by a certain 5-fruit juice, there are generous additions of grapefruit, orange, tangerine, mango and lime puree! Balanced by just a touch of lactose, Time Capsule is the perfect mix of sour and sweet with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. A juice box for adults!
Unrequited Dreams Imperial Milk Chocolate Milkshake Stout (10% abv):
Craft beer is fun, so why not celebrate our 5th year with something silly! We used cocoa nibs from our friends at Jacobean Craft Chocolate to give this heavy hitter its cocoa character. The peppermint lends a subtle cool and refreshing note that tempers the roast. Think peppermint patties! This beer also contains lactose to give it an authentic milkshake vibe. Vanilla beans and an addition of sweet milk sugar rounds out the palate for a subtly sweet finish.
Both beers are available now at the Landwash taproom and retail store, where they’re celebrating all week long with “sweets, treats, music, a tattoo pop up, a ton of deals on delicious beer, and so much more!”
