TORONTO, ON – Left Field Brewery has announced the latest release in its ongoing series of foeder-fermented beers that are names after famous ballparks.
Fenway Flanders Red Ale (6.1% abv):
Aged in our oak foeders for 11 months, this classic Belgian-style ale features intense plum, raisin and apple blossom flavours and aromas with a soft balsamic acidity and dry cocoa finish, Fenway Flanders Red Ale is reminiscent of wine due to the presence of tannin, a hint of oak from the foeder and no hop bitterness.
Fenway is available now at both Left Field locations and the brewery’s online shop.
